I'm so tired I keep doing cardio to lose my gut and I dont feel like waking up no more

i've been doing cardio for 6+ weeks, & my gut is as blubbery as ever.

I'm getting there I been running about 3-4 miles a day but damn its hard I'm out of shape BAD

i find that hard to believe. don't they work you anymore, after you get out of boot camp?

i only do 2 miles a day on the elliptical... when i get around to it. i doubt it equals.

yesterday i scrubbed the kids' whole shower instead. i probably got a better workout than i would've got from a machine!

3-4 miles is pretty impressive

I was doing pretty good with my bike riding, but after I wrecked it, I haven't been able to fix it it's been giving me nothing but trouble...I think I'll get a new one

I've just started cardio- lap swimming! Starting with a half mile (36 lengths) and adding my way up to a mile. I'm not working yet though so I've been getting up when I want and going to the pool when I feel like it

i have nowhere to swim, but that's ok, cuz swimming for me = dogpaddling. i'm no good at real swimming.

yeah I got half a day off today

we're deployed so its not a regular thing to do pt

I feel hungry though maybe I;ll eat my last ravioli can
